Brilliant location, amiable and helpful staff and host. Location close to the beach. During my stay everything was fine and I got wake up calls as a compliment. Really great stay, the bathroom with a bath was a bonus. A work desk and a sitting area were available at all times.

Charming apartment with fine rooms and location. There was a cozy bed, large bathroom. Friendly communication, friendly check-in.

we met helpful staff and the host was friendly. nearby janet & john's - best spot for evening drinks. good base for exploring goa's ark. parking was on-site.
